This was the first time I purchased a hydration pack after doing a lot of research. I ended up getting this one because of its cool design, and its price is really good. I use this pack for running and also used it the other day while I was doing yard work. It is super light weight and it feels like i'am not wearing it at all. I plan on using it while kayaking and it will give me a water source for spraying myself and the boat. I highly recommend this pack. I do not think it is too small. I did consider the 700, but felt it might have been too long on my back for running. I would recommend anyone that is interested in theses types of packs to get this one.
