I needed something inconspicuous for work that was light, didn't get in the way, and was durable. I'm an auto tech so I'm always moving around and sweating, and these fit the bill. I they where made good quality stuff just by looking at them so I tried them. When I say life changing I mean it. They stay in your ear, sweat doesn't change the clarity, and they sound flawless. I've taken a few calls, and they're really made for an active lifestyle so talking is a waste of my time. I can have them in and listen to my music and be more productive because I'm not fiddling with some obnoxious headphones that are intrusive or blowing the speaker in my cell trying to barely hear what's playing. If I need to be in a conversation I just take one out, or stuff them in my shirt pocket. I really can't stress how profoundly good these buds are. They fit very well and the tiny cord is the perfect length and it never seems to catch anything, and the one or two times it has, the cord/bud connection is very strong and didn't pull apart. I'm sure Beats sound good but we're at least $50 higher and kind of bulky looking. These have helped me at work, and at home when doing stuff around the house, or keeping up with news when doing stuff with the family. You won't regret this purchase!
