My husband and I enjoy getting creative with mixed drinks, but we've never had the proper tools to be precise about our measurements, usually just pouring directly and hoping we get close enough. Now that I have this bar set, I can finally measure and get the perfect drink. It's nice having the full set. Now we can entertain our guest when they come over. My husband is now looking up just about every drink possible so he can learn how to make them with this great had set. You can go wrong with this purchase you can even gift this for a special some one in your life. The quality of these products are really good.
It's useful that each of the jiggers has a side that measures 1 ounce, since this is the most likely quantity that I'll want to measure out when I'm making up a drink, so if that's the only amount I need, I don't even have to think about which one to grab from the drawer. I like that they are very solid stainless steel - not flimsy at all like some steel utensils I've had. The measurements are engraved into the metal surface, so I'll never forget which one is which - this is much better than being painted or applied onto the surface, since it can't accidentally be washed or scrubbed off over time. Each side of the jigger has a nice raised rim which seems to make it more comfortable to get a steady grip on the opposite end while I'm measuring and pouring. They look great in my kitchen and home bar, but also are high quality enough that they would be at home at any restaurant. I'm very glad that I was able to order.
